GloboNote takes the traditional note taking experience and ports it to your Windows-powered desktop PC. With this application, you can create as many sticky notes as you want and conveniently store them on your desktop. Of course, you can customize the way the sticky notes look and you can create alarms for important items.

The installation file weighs in at 5.2MB. Download this file (it should not take long on a high-speed internet connection), run it, and a setup wizard will show up and take you through the installation process. Once said process completes and you launch GloboNote for the first time, you will be presented with a How To note that presents useful information about the functionality this application has to offer.

Speaking about functionality, here are the main features of GloboNote you need to know about: create a new note by double clicking the system tray icon, place the note anywhere you want on the desktop, resize and customize the way the note looks, edit a note’s text, insert images into a note, set up an alarm for the note, assign a note to a group, lock a note, attach a file to a note, print out a note. To help you locate notes, the application comes with a handy search function. And to help your computer run smoothly, GloboNote features a Free Memory tool.
